Introduction: WASS is a membership based organization, founded and run by local youth, which aspires to work for the betterment of the residents of the Musakhel district, which is amongst the most remote and poverty-hit districts of the country.
Vision: A society where all people get equal opportunities for progress and prosperity without any distinction of faith, race, sect and gender.
Strategy: WASS aspires for human development of the area through: Providing awareness to communities for identification of issues, prioritizing of services, delivery gaps in services and resource mobilization for their redressal. To assist in and supplement the delivery of basic health care and educational services. To provide technical and resource development skills for earning descent livelihood. To provide recreational activities for youth to keep them away from anti-social activities and promote peace and harmony. WASS also aims to promote human development, peace and harmony through organizing culture and literary activities.
Objectives:
• The basic objective of the organization is poverty alleviation and ensuring human development standards in Musakhel.
• To work for peace and promote inter faith and intra faith harmony.
• To mobilize people and disseminate awareness among them to fight poverty and develop the region.
• To support and coordinate with the civil society and public sector departments in areas poverty alleviation, peace related activities and interfaith and intra communal harmony. Become a member

Our Mission

To mobilize people, especially youth including female of the district to influence decision making processes of public sector departments so that governments diverts resources towards the human development and betterment of the residents of the districts. To help and support local communities to come out of extreme poverty, backwardness and underdevelopment while empowering them through awareness campaigns, activities and projects so that to utilize their resources, both human and natural for progress, prosperity and development of the area.
